City Council's Regulation Forming Agency (Bapemperda) holds meeting to review two regulation draft (raperda) together with Local Retribution and Tax Agency (BPRD).
We start to review these two raperda with Public Hearings (RDPU) and several experts, academics and observers
Two raperda that will be reviewed are the revision of Perda No. 16/2010 about Parking Tax and Perda No. 15/2010 about Street Lighting (PJU) Tax.
Bapemperda Proposes Two Draft Bylaws Discussion"We start to review these two raperda with Public Hearings (RDPU) and several experts, academics and observers," explained Merry Hotma, Head of City Council's Bapemperda, Wednesday (5/15).
He stated, RDPU is held to complete the compiling process.
"Not only input that we can get, but we also can unify our perceptions about parking and PJU Tax thus its result can be perfect," she conveyed.
In the same location, Jakarta BPRD Head, Edi Sumantri mentioned, there are several reasons behind proposed revision of those two perda.
"One of them is parking tax which is not updated since 2002. It is considered no longer compatible with recent economic growth and development," he stated.
